Exe Toscana - Lucca

Had a great time! Staff were super helpful with local tips, and my room was clean and modern. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Just a bit of a trek from the city center, but totally manageable!

Our stay was wonderful, truly enjoyed exceptionally good and abundant breakfasts.

Everything was really good from staff, who were accommodating, to the unbeatable location. Location: the hotel was near to the centro storico on foot and Lucca by car. Lucca Historical Center district was worth visiting. The a car park was on-site, good service.

The restaurant was good for dinner, I tried tasty dishes.

Friendly and helpful staff, great buffet breakfast, free internet and very comfortable room with all amenities.

Only thing I can think of is that there is a 25 min walk to the nearest station, for those who use public transport ,which was a little far. And would have liked to have tea/coffee making facility in our room. The rest was great!

This hotel is conveniently situated just off the Autostrade, but within easy walking distance of Lucca town centre and only 30 mins from Pisa airport. Clean, modern and good service.

Some parts shine, others fall flat

The staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking was a significant plus for easy access to the area.

Noisy disturbances from the nearby fast food restaurant affected my relaxation. The breakfast lacked variety.

Very well maintained hotel. Excellent value for money. Close to the heart of the city as well as to main sorrounding highways. Excellent bed, shower and breakfast. Will come back when visiting Lucca.

Air conditioning was a bit weak. If left working all day the room was pleasent.

Nice modern hotel in industrial area of Lucca. 200 m from A12. Parking spot in backyard is big enough.

Clean rooms and a spacious parking area were definite highlights . Free bike rentals are awesome for exploring!

we went for touristic trip in Luca, and for us it was ideal. Hotel has it's own parking, you can rent a bike, and is close to the highway to move to Pisa or elsewhere.

Professional staff, location close to motorway and services, easy parking. Walk into Lucca not difficult, and very beautiful town. Surprisingly, you can't hear the traffic on the motorway. Free Internet on 1st and 2nd floor.

Room not too big, and we could hear the neighbors.

I found the location to be convenient. The staff were really good, particularly Monica at reception, who was always willing to help with my inquiries. The room was modern and comfortable.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was a bit disappointing, lacking in hot options and variety .
